ACAP through CLEAN will reflect the northern reality of Labrador with an emphasis on cultural diversity, networking, and capacity building.
CLEAN will be community and partnership driven, publicly accountable.
CLEAN will respect and incorporate Aboriginal and community knowledge with Western science.
CLEAN will be multi-stakeholder and consensus driven.
CLEAN will support sustainable development.
CLEAN will make headway on restoring and protecting watershed(s) in the ACAP project area.
CLEAN will engage local groups to work on environmental issues and to consider the environment in decision making.
